1. Platform Service Cancellations & System Disruptions (Refund Eligible)
Full credits or adjustments will be automatically processed back to the user's secure platform account dashboard within 24-48 hours under the following administrative or technical circumstances:
- Verified Fair-Play Disruptions: If an organized event or system panel is disrupted, halted, or cancelled due to unauthorized external modifications or verified integrity breaches by third-party software users (as validated by our moderation panel), the platform software access fees will be fully credited back to all affected fair users.
- Technical Infrastructure Failure: If a system module or custom server room cannot be deployed or successfully completed due to core technical glitches, server-side network errors, platform hosting faults, or administrative maintenance dependencies from our end.
- Administrative Cancellation: If any digital service, tournament bracket, or enterprise-listed event is retracted or cancelled directly by the platform administration due to operational constraints.
2. User-End Retractions & Technical Absence (Non-Refundable)
Platform service access fees are strictly non-refundable and non-reversible under the following user-dependent scenarios:
- Voluntary Self-Withdrawal: Once a user registers, reserves an operational slot, or pays the digital platform usage fee, they cannot claim a reversal if they change their mind or choose not to access the service.
- User-End Technical Absence (No-Show): If a user fails to access the hosted custom system panel, misses the pre-communicated schedule, or cannot connect due to personal device failures, local ISP/internet connection issues, or hardware lag, the platform usage allocation remains consumed and non-refundable.
- Policy Violations & Disqualification: If a registered profile is flagged or detected using illegal scripts, code injections, unfair collaboration protocols, or violating the community fair-play rules, the account will be instantly suspended, and all platform fees associated with that specific lifecycle will be forfeited.
3. Allocation Mechanism
- All verified eligible reversals (due to system-side cancellations or structural errors) are handled programmatically and credited back into the user’s virtual platform wallet.
- This credit allocation can be utilized toward any subsequent digital services or platform brackets hosted on the web engine. Any commercial exploitation, fraudulent manipulation, system reverse-engineering, or data scraping will result in an immediate, permanent ban and structural termination of the user profile.
Users must strictly guarantee that all legal and technical details submitted during validation are completely authentic. Account access sharing, credential lending, or malicious configuration manipulation to distort competitive analytics or leaderboard standings is strictly prohibited. All user-submitted performance data remains audited via dedicated tournament administrative control panels.
2. Privacy Policy
